What we keep
When you enter the Prelude, LEMURIAN stores your email address, your Prelude number, the moment you joined and whether your letter was delivered. We also record the consent connected to your request.
Why we use it
We use this information only to send your Prelude letter and future LEMURIAN signs you asked to receive. We do not sell your information.
Protection and retention
Information is stored in protected infrastructure. A pseudonymous technical fingerprint may be kept for no longer than 24 hours to prevent automated abuse. Your subscription remains until you leave the Prelude or ask us to remove it.
Your choice
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing marketing@lemurian-store.com.
LEMURIAN uses specialist service providers, including Cloudflare for protected hosting and Resend for email delivery, only where needed to provide the Prelude.
The data controller is Lemurian B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 98489623. Privacy enquiries may be sent to marketing@lemurian-store.com.
